考研復(fù)試面試問題模板：你的最大缺點

　　考官如果問最大缺點一般會問：What is your greatest weakness/shortcong？在回答這類問題時，同學們不要太過緊張，重點是快速定位到底自己想要向考官表達自己什么缺點。

　　有的同學非常機智，會這樣告訴考官：我有很多缺點，但是我最大的缺點就是太過追求完美。這樣的回答看似在說自己的缺點，但是實則在夸自己。顯得不太真實。

　　還有一類同學非常誠實，會告訴考官：我最大的缺點就是比較懶、抗壓能力弱、性格內(nèi)向等。但是同學們這類缺點考官聽了之后，會覺得這位考生不太適合做自己的學生，因為期間會有很多的科研項目，會寫很多論文，如果抗壓能力弱的話，就不太適合。

　　所以同學們在選擇自己的缺點時，應(yīng)該選擇一些無關(guān)緊要的缺點，不會讓考官覺得面前的這位同學無藥可救，不適合做科研。

　　比如，我們可以說"不會拒絕別人"或是"當自己工作忙的時候，容易忘記一些事情"等諸如此類。定位好了之后，那應(yīng)該如何回答考官的問題呢。

　　首先同學們開門見山，先告訴考官自己的最大缺點，即：position。

　　然后再舉一個例子說明自己的這個缺點，即：example。之后同學們要注意，因為說的是缺點，所以同學們還應(yīng)向考官說明自己已經(jīng)在采取措施改正這類缺點了，這樣考官也會覺得考生是一個有錯能改的人，即要寫：ways to correct。

　　最后總結(jié)上文的陳述就可以了，即最后是：conclusion。

　　剛才提到的是思路，到底應(yīng)該如何用英文表達呢，這里結(jié)合一個范文來看一下具體的英文表達。

　　As a matter of fact，everyone possesses some weaknesses。 Well，I think my weakness is that I am easy to forget things，especially when I am busy with study or job。（定位）

　　A case in point is my friends and I usually make appointments to get together on a certain day。 But when it comes，I often forget it completely and am concentrating on other things。 Then they will call me and say："hey，where are you？Are you coming soon？" Every time it is always a big surprise to me and I will be punished through a variety of ways by them。（舉例）

　　To get out of this habit，I have attempted to write down a reminder on my notebook whenever I have arrangements，and take the notebook all the time and check it often。（改正缺點）

　　So as a result，gradually I begin to kick this habit and now it is getting better。 But I am still working on this way since it is a good method，I think。（總結(jié)）
