大家好，我是來自園林三小的鄭清。作為之前在中學(xué)教過很長一段時間的老師，這一次同課異構(gòu)交流學(xué)習(xí)讓我受益匪淺。按自己講課的節(jié)奏，今天自己正好應(yīng)該筋板講這一節(jié)課，對課文的內(nèi)容非常熟悉。但是想起這節(jié)課自己到底需要怎么講，終究是心存疑慮。重難點(diǎn)顯而易見，但如何突破？新課呈現(xiàn)不能完全像初中那樣，但這個程度如何把握？怎樣從已知的知識自然而然的過渡到新知識？訓(xùn)練時活動怎么樣安排？這些對我來說都是不小的挑戰(zhàn)。
昨天晚上，我思考了一下，如果我來上這節(jié)課，我將怎樣講。首先的Preparation準(zhǔn)備活動中，有Let’s chant”what can you do?”全班跟讀以及連鎖的“提問--回答”活動（What,what,what can you do?I can ,I can……）第二步的Presentation 出示一組功夫雜技表演圖片，問學(xué)生Can you do it?引導(dǎo)學(xué)生試著回答No,I can’t.讓學(xué)生兩人一組操練句型Can you do any kung fu?Yes,I can/No,I can’t.接下來教學(xué)短語learn some kung fu 和句子Today we’ll learn some kung fu.引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說No problem.帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生聽錄音回答問題，學(xué)對話編對話演對話，做調(diào)查做游戲做習(xí)題，講總結(jié)寫板書留作業(yè)……一切仿佛都有個套路可以遵循。而在兩個月的磨合中，學(xué)生也了解了我的套路，我還沒有講，他們就知道我下一步要做些什么。
于是抱著學(xué)習(xí)取經(jīng)的態(tài)度來看看三位教師有沒有什么新套路可以學(xué)習(xí)，為我簡單的上課流程增加色彩。聽完課的感受，確實(shí)是大有收貨，這些精妙的設(shè)計讓人嘆為觀止。
一，盧老師在講句型時就教會了學(xué)生接下來對話中的動作，學(xué)生一邊說一邊動，就能強(qiáng)化他們對關(guān)鍵詞匯的印象。在演排時，這些動作又減緩了登臺表演的緊張情緒。
二，盧老師在展示頭飾時，就有Say”Hello” to Mr. Ma.的環(huán)節(jié)，讓我感覺十分新穎。教中學(xué)久了，覺得物品就是物品，從來沒想過把它擬人化。在戴頭飾演排時，又像頭飾以及帶著頭飾的同學(xué)Say Hello 了。不僅如此，在兩次chant 的活動中，我觀察到第一遍的內(nèi)容是對之前知識的回顧，而后面則巧妙的在原句的基礎(chǔ)上加入了這節(jié)課新學(xué)的重點(diǎn)，呼應(yīng)了開篇。文學(xué)創(chuàng)作中有個說法叫“草蛇灰線，伏脈千里”這一點(diǎn)在英語教學(xué)中的運(yùn)用讓我大開眼界。
三，二實(shí)小萬敏老師的課，給我最大的感受是：每個新環(huán)節(jié)，每個知識點(diǎn)的引出都十分自然。剛才有老師評課時說道中小學(xué)英語課的過渡不盡相同。我自己感覺在中學(xué)教學(xué)時過渡確實(shí)生硬而又單調(diào)。萬老師卻讓過渡自然到好像沒發(fā)生一樣，希望萬老師等一下向我們介紹她的過渡都是如何安排的'。
四，羅老師很有調(diào)動、感染學(xué)生情緒的能力。不疾不徐，娓娓道來，講課仿佛就是媽媽在給孩子們講故事。小學(xué)英語處在一個不太像主科但絕不是副科的尷尬位置。有時候我們進(jìn)課堂，學(xué)生們的精力精神面貌似乎不充沛不積極，這時候就更需要老師有這種飽滿的精神來鼓勵他們。
五，前面有老師提到了，我們講的是一節(jié)對話課。對話課就該多操練對話，學(xué)生能夠自如的編出新對話就是學(xué)好了這節(jié)課。但我恰恰認(rèn)為這節(jié)課中有個小環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計得很科學(xué)：就是根據(jù)課文改編成的一個小語段，要學(xué)生填can can’t some any 等詞匯。這是個語法教學(xué)的小環(huán)節(jié)。有時候反復(fù)的對話訓(xùn)練確實(shí)可以增強(qiáng)語感、減少錯誤，但這些有時仍然不及來一個設(shè)計了語法知識的小練習(xí)，可以直觀的向?qū)W生呈現(xiàn)一撮的問題。
小學(xué)英語中的語法教學(xué)一直以來都有許多爭議的聲音，我似乎發(fā)現(xiàn)之前教過初中的幾位老師更贊成加入適量的語法知識一些。我想在接下來的討論中，多聽聽大家的看法。

Many advanced electronic products are gradually take the place of traditional tools. Just like in university, teachers like to use multimedia in class for it is quite convenient and efficient. However, for our student, it is not realistic to study completely by electronic products.
There are many things need to recorded on books. Books are something meaningful and practical. I should say, in our country, printed books wouldn't be abandoned within 20 years at least for two reasons.
Firstly, books are classical container of knowledge. They accompany human to advance. A student without books could be someway ridiculous.
Secondly, our country haven't developed so strong to make every student study by computer or other forms of electronic tools. And even after 20 years, the possibility is also very small.
I also think it is unnecessary because books are cheap but useful and still meaningful.

Colorful lanterns are hung at the gate.All family members will get together on New Year Eve to have a big meal . During which people do not work except for the workers on duty. Secondly, we should make class meaningful and creative. In class, we can use the short and simple sentence, use the body language to communicate with students .We should give students clear purpose and offer them opportunities to try, to create and allow them to fail. Make sure the class relaxing and interactive, be familiar to the feeling of English language. Coming up next is organizing games and activities .You know, activity is the key part of class. Including paired work, competitions, role play, guessing game, TPR activities, and so on. Whatever I use , I should often change the way. From students and I; student and student ;to students and students. Make all class. The last but not the least is helping the class feel comfortable with asking me questions and answering my questions. 我們做家長要慢慢地陪著孩子長大，對待我們的孩子，言傳身教，多要求自己，少要求孩子，和孩子一起共同成長。
二、溝通
孩子這個階段已經(jīng)開始有目標(biāo)了，但是他們需要家長的幫助，比如督促孩子讀課文，聽聽他的背誦。
三、不要對孩子亂發(fā)脾氣
要站在孩子的位置上，了解他們的想法。比如看見孩子作業(yè)沒寫完，不要一上來就咋呼、火冒三丈，你怎么還沒寫？天天就知道玩兒！等等。孩子會因此而好好寫作業(yè)嗎？當(dāng)然不會，孩子會更抵觸寫作業(yè)。請用同理心教育孩子�！澳悴话磿r完成作業(yè)，我真的很難過。如果你能在半小時內(nèi)把作業(yè)寫完，我會覺得很開心�！�
四、松懈現(xiàn)象

在英語教學(xué)過程中，希望家長配合我的工作有：
一、監(jiān)督孩子們完成當(dāng)天的`作業(yè)
其實(shí)老師每天布置的作業(yè)都是有針對性的，是對當(dāng)天課堂知識的鞏固和復(fù)習(xí)，所以要嚴(yán)格要求作業(yè)質(zhì)量。
二、培養(yǎng)孩子記筆記的習(xí)慣
讓孩子們準(zhǔn)備一個錯題本，記錄自己當(dāng)時做錯的原因，再找同類型題練習(xí)，對復(fù)習(xí)知識很有幫助。
三、朗讀和背誦
我認(rèn)為朗讀和背誦是學(xué)習(xí)語言最有效的方法了。即使今天的作業(yè)內(nèi)容沒有朗讀背誦，每天也要拿出5分-10分鐘大聲的讀讀背背。
四、小目標(biāo)
孩子們早上出門前定個小目標(biāo)，比如：今天主動舉手發(fā)言，或發(fā)言一次，發(fā)言二次等等。
堅持和認(rèn)真，兩個看上去很簡單的詞，但是做到持之以恒，很難，堅持做下去，受益終生。如果我們的父母熱愛生活與學(xué)習(xí)，那么父母的榜樣的力量大過100句甚至1000句道理。
