　　各位老師好，我叫鄧小群，1998年畢業(yè)于哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)[微博]，同年分配到北京工作，現(xiàn)在就職一家外企億書堂公司市場(chǎng)部部門經(jīng)理。

　　下面我想從兩個(gè)方面介紹一下我自己。

　　工作業(yè)績(jī)：

　　1、1998年7月分配到北京xxxxx公司重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室；1999年4月作為首席代表組建并運(yùn)作上海辦事處，一年就為公司實(shí)現(xiàn)了xxx萬銷售業(yè)績(jī)。

　　2、20xx年5月加入xxxxxx公司，在市場(chǎng)部任商務(wù)經(jīng)理，帶領(lǐng)sales人員，推動(dòng)中小企業(yè)的網(wǎng)站建設(shè)。

　　3、20xx年元月份，加盟美資企業(yè)億書堂科技發(fā)展有限公司，任職市場(chǎng)部部門經(jīng)理，主要負(fù)責(zé)培養(yǎng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)，帶領(lǐng)我的客戶經(jīng)理人及銷售人員推廣我們的軟件系統(tǒng)。

　　其中最大的成績(jī)：在億書堂公司，作為市場(chǎng)部部門經(jīng)理，帶領(lǐng)客戶經(jīng)理，面對(duì)包括北大方正等競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手，最終將我們的軟件系統(tǒng)與惠普、康柏、恒基偉業(yè)四大隨身電腦硬件平臺(tái)捆綁成功！使我們的'軟件成為該行業(yè)的一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)！

　　（實(shí)例：去年華納與聯(lián)想FM365合并后，由于我們的成功，他們希望收購(gòu)我們公司，為此我們還專門給聯(lián)想總裁柳傳志做了一場(chǎng)融資報(bào)告，其中的產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手分析以及未來市場(chǎng)預(yù)測(cè)兩部分就是我負(fù)責(zé)的�。�

　　I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University,tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering,I am writing to apply for acceptance into your uate program.

　　Education background

　　In 1995,I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) —— widely considered one of the China’s best engineering ng the following undergraduate study,my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department.I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999,I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

　　At the period of my graduate study,my overall GPA(3.77/4.) ranked top 5% in the the second semester,I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students year,I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department,which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished studentsendowed by my ently,I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

　　Research experience and academic activity

　　When a sophomore,I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future the tool of OpenGL and Matlab,I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling is now widely used by different research groups in NUST.I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

　　In retrospect,I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience,which has prepared me for the future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem,Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network),Supply chain network research,Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
