　　我于xx年下半年度報名參加了全國大學生創(chuàng)新實踐活動，采用的是學生自擬課題“超臨界二氧化碳發(fā)泡環(huán)氧樹脂及表征”，該課題申請到了上海市級資助，目前我們小組已經(jīng)完成了實驗中環(huán)氧樹脂的溶脹實驗，正在通過調(diào)整溶解時間、溶解壓力、固化時間、固化溫度等參數(shù)來篩選合適的發(fā)泡條件。在xx年的“華東理工大學-亞什蘭”杯化工創(chuàng)新實踐大賽中，我們小組抽到了“乙醇-乙醇鈉溶液制備”的任務(wù)書，經(jīng)過詳細的實驗規(guī)劃和實驗操作，我們小組采用精餾塔，對乙醇和水的混合蒸汽通過外回流并利用3A分子篩通過選擇性吸附除去反應(yīng)中水分的實驗最終獲得了一等獎。在化工設(shè)計領(lǐng)域，參加了xx年“中石化-三井杯”化工設(shè)計大賽，雖然在比賽中沒有獲得較好的名次但是通過這次比賽學到了很多有關(guān)化工設(shè)計方面的知識，比如利用軟件模擬工廠流程、繪制PID和PFD圖、精餾塔的詳細計算和安全性能校核等。除了以上的內(nèi)容，作為卓越班的學生，班級還組織過很多工廠的參觀活動，對一些化工廠的布置、企業(yè)文化有基礎(chǔ)的了解。另外，在20xx年底的科訓活動中，我在金山的一個�？茖W校學習了一些工廠工人的基本技能如法蘭的連接、泵的調(diào)整等。

　　2.研究生階段的'打算

　　研究生階段，我想首先是要把一開始的基礎(chǔ)課程知識都學好，建立合理的知識結(jié)構(gòu)，盡量廣泛的涉獵學科知識，深入的了解所學領(lǐng)域的歷史，掌握獨立的研究方法和技能，學習更多的研究方法，并且要強化自己的規(guī)范意識，訓練自己寫論文的表達能力。其次研究生階段必不可少的就是要做一些研究，跟導師做也好，自己做也好，把知識應(yīng)用于實際，最后要有總結(jié)自己所做研究的能力，寫好自己的畢業(yè)論文，為以后的博士生階段做好準備。
