　　英文自薦信寫作格式

　　地址/稱謂

　　很多公司在招聘信息里并沒有寫明要將履歷表與求職信寄給某某人，而是說“寄人事部門/電郵地址。

　　但是，一旦公司寫出了特定的部門(例如銷售部)或特定的收件人(陳小姐、林主任)，求職者就必須按此信息，完整無誤的寫在求職信上。

　　第一段

　　開門見山的表示對該公司的某某職位有興趣，請給我面試的機會。

　　如果，曾經跟公司的誰、在什么場合見面，因為相談甚歡、獲益匪淺，所以對貴公司深感興趣。

　　小提醒：

　　應征職位的職稱，必須要與公司在報紙上或網絡上刊登的一字不差，例如有的公司征financial specialist, 就不要覺得差不多或是粗心大意，寫成financial associate。

　　曾經與這家公司的接觸及人脈經營，要寫出特定的場合、特定的公司人員的職稱或姓名。

　　例如貴公司幾月幾日在某大學辦的人才招聘會/某展覽會/書展，我與某某部門的某某先生小姐，聊到什么事情，更加深了對貴公司某職位的興趣。

　　第二段

　　你必須了解雇主的企業(yè)文化、組織愿景，或是經營的方向，然后指出你的價值觀與人格如何跟公司的價值觀與文化得以結合。

　　小提醒：

　　必須要研究公司的財報、網站、媒體報道、領導人講話，或是透過跟公司員工的接觸，才能對公司的價值觀與文化有足夠的洞察力。

　　第三段

　　你要表現(xiàn)出你的技能與能力，佐以過去的成就與經驗，已印證你可以勝任所申請的工作。

　　小提醒：

　　為了徹底了解某職位的責任、工作內容與所需條件，必須了解產業(yè)、公司、并且跟做過這個職位、或是工作上跟這個職位有交集的人員深談。

　　不要被頭銜所誤導、想當然爾的認為這個頭銜的工作內容就是如何。

　　要以讀者(面試官及該公司)為中心，強調你可以為這個雇主貢獻什么，而不是這個工作可以讓你學到什么、或對你有什么好處。

　　把自己當作一個商品，你要做的是引起雇主的興趣與“購買欲望”，買你的技能與能力。

　　列舉明確、可以數(shù)量化或質量化的例子，來左證各人技能與長處。

　　描述各人成就時，用字遣詞要簡明有原創(chuàng)性，不要老生常談。

　　語氣要有信心，使用行動動辭。

　　盡量少用“我(I)”這個字。

　　第四段

　　告訴收信人，希望獲得面試機會，以及你將采取的后續(xù)行動(例如將在幾后打電話給他，跟他請教面試的流程)。

　　再次強調對這家公司與職位的興趣，語氣要正面熱情，以積極的態(tài)度要求面試。
