英文留學(xué)推薦信格式，現(xiàn)在越來(lái)越多的學(xué)生選擇出國(guó)留學(xué)，那么留學(xué)推薦對(duì)于我們來(lái)說(shuō)就相當(dāng)重要了。所以本文就為大家講解關(guān)于英文留學(xué)推薦信格式的詳細(xì)情況。
英語(yǔ)信件的種類比較多，有一般信件，邀請(qǐng)信，推薦信等。但幾乎所有信件的格式都出國(guó)留學(xué)英文推薦信小異。留學(xué)讀研費(fèi)用排名英語(yǔ)信件要注意下面幾點(diǎn)：
(一) 日本留學(xué)中介機(jī)構(gòu)書信結(jié)構(gòu)、書寫款式及要求
1.書信結(jié)構(gòu)
英語(yǔ)書信結(jié)構(gòu)一般有以下幾個(gè)部分組成：
1)信封(envelope)。英語(yǔ)的信封和中文的一樣，有三部分組成，即發(fā)信人地址、收信人地址和郵票。只不過(guò)英語(yǔ)出國(guó)留學(xué)英文推薦的格式除了郵票所貼的位置(信封的右上角)和中文的一樣外，英語(yǔ)信封上要寫的發(fā)信人和收信人的地址和中文的大不一樣。發(fā)信人的地址應(yīng)寫在信封的左上角，收信人的地址應(yīng)寫在信封偏中右留學(xué)讀研費(fèi)用排名處，如下：
2)信頭 (heading)，即寫發(fā)信人的地址和日期(右上角)。

注：如果是相當(dāng)熟悉和隨便的朋友之間，因?yàn)楸舜硕贾缹?duì)方的地址，故信頭和信內(nèi)的地址常常省略。
5)正文 (body)，即英文推薦內(nèi)的主要內(nèi)容。正文第一句句子出國(guó)留學(xué)英文推薦信和稱呼之間空一至二行。
6)信尾客套語(yǔ) (complimentary close)，即寫信人在信的右(或左)下角，出國(guó)留學(xué)英文推薦表示自己對(duì)收
信人一種禮貌客氣的謙稱。一般有sincerely，; sincerely yours，; yours sincerely，; friendly
yours，; truly yours，; yours truly，; cordially yours，; yours cordially，等。

避免過(guò)度籠統(tǒng)和陳腔濫調(diào)。
好的推薦信應(yīng)當(dāng)由具備相當(dāng)知名度、且與申請(qǐng)人熟識(shí)的人撰寫。申請(qǐng)人職場(chǎng)上的長(zhǎng)官、同事、或?qū)W校里的老師是最佳人選。相處時(shí)間夠久，寫的推薦信才有價(jià)值。
推薦人的學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域或技術(shù)背景最好是與申請(qǐng)人申請(qǐng)科系相同。另外亦可委托與學(xué)校當(dāng)局或?qū)W校評(píng)審委員關(guān)系密切的人撰寫。
好的推薦信應(yīng)當(dāng)可以解答學(xué)校評(píng)審委員在審查申請(qǐng)書時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的一些問(wèn)題。
