一、班級(jí)整體情況
在優(yōu)秀班主任xxx的帶領(lǐng)下，我們班比較優(yōu)秀(進(jìn)步較大)，上個(gè)學(xué)期期末我們英語(yǔ)學(xué)科是蘭溪市統(tǒng)一測(cè)試的，我們?nèi)〉昧藘?yōu)異的成績(jī)，但也有小部分學(xué)生明顯落后與別人，主要表現(xiàn)在上課注意力不集中，不喜歡張口讀書，動(dòng)作偏慢，家庭作業(yè)沒有按時(shí)上交或干脆不交等現(xiàn)象，久而久之，他的各種表現(xiàn)就落后了，不管是考試成績(jī)，口語(yǔ)交流，還是書寫。就不如其他學(xué)生。
二、英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的特點(diǎn)
本學(xué)期我們用的是PEP英語(yǔ)教材的升級(jí)版，它比原來的舊教版有了更高的要求，在學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫的基礎(chǔ)上，強(qiáng)調(diào)語(yǔ)言的運(yùn)用，注重能力的培養(yǎng)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的.能力和獨(dú)立運(yùn)用所學(xué)語(yǔ)言去做事的能力。但教學(xué)內(nèi)容緊密聯(lián)系小學(xué)生的生活和學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)際，選擇話題充分考慮到小學(xué)生的需求，涉及學(xué)校、家庭、飲食、玩具、動(dòng)物、顏色、數(shù)字等。本學(xué)期還增加了機(jī)器人(Robin)角色，更富有童趣。因此，英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)本身趣味性比較強(qiáng)，成績(jī)好的同學(xué)會(huì)越學(xué)越有趣，小部分同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)沒打好，興趣也就減弱了，畢竟學(xué)習(xí)的過程是從易到難的。低段簡(jiǎn)單的沒學(xué)會(huì)，到高段難的知識(shí)點(diǎn)學(xué)起來就感覺累了。英語(yǔ)課程每個(gè)單元的課型也比較清晰的，每單元有AB兩部分重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容，每部分有三中課型;單詞教學(xué)，對(duì)話教學(xué)和閱讀教學(xué);還有C部分，也就是故事教學(xué)是選學(xué)內(nèi)容，我們一般不作課堂授課，作為有興趣的同學(xué)自己自學(xué)內(nèi)容。
三、如何在家監(jiān)督孩子的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)
1。關(guān)注家庭作業(yè)
每周有三節(jié)英語(yǔ)課，這三天里我都會(huì)布置家庭作業(yè)，并且我對(duì)家庭作業(yè)有具體的要求：若當(dāng)天是新授單詞課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫單詞;若是對(duì)話課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫重點(diǎn)句，對(duì)預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)的要求是：聽錄音，若預(yù)習(xí)單詞，要在家校聯(lián)系本上抄寫單詞，我沒有規(guī)定抄寫幾遍，目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，而不是每天機(jī)械地完成老師布置的作業(yè)。若對(duì)話課或閱讀課，要求翻譯漢語(yǔ)的意思，寫在家校聯(lián)系本上。第二天由四人小組長(zhǎng)檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)很多孩子是來學(xué)校補(bǔ)的，可見聽力作業(yè)也不會(huì)完成。所以，從今天以后，家長(zhǎng)可以根據(jù)這幾個(gè)要求去關(guān)自己孩子完成作業(yè)的情況，當(dāng)然這之前也有做得很好的家長(zhǎng)，不但關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)還天天在家校聯(lián)系本上簽名。雖然我沒有強(qiáng)制性要求學(xué)生每天讓家長(zhǎng)簽名，目的是杜絕孩子造假，高段了有的孩子很聰明，自己簽個(gè)名，每天簽名的家長(zhǎng)我是記憶很深刻的，你的孩子也很優(yōu)秀，我也很感謝您對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的支持和關(guān)注。
2。關(guān)注單元測(cè)試測(cè)試卷簽名。其實(shí)測(cè)試卷上家長(zhǎng)簽名，是一個(gè)外在的形式，我的目的是，讓家長(zhǎng)知道孩子一個(gè)階段的學(xué)習(xí)成果，看孩子的試卷，不光看分?jǐn)?shù)的高低，更要關(guān)注孩子錯(cuò)誤的原因，是因?yàn)榇中�，還是因?yàn)楸旧砭筒粫?huì)。一次考試，不僅僅只是分?jǐn)?shù)上的收獲，更是一種學(xué)習(xí)方法上的收獲。也是鼓勵(lì)和鞭策孩子，讓孩子有學(xué)習(xí)的成就感，每次測(cè)試后我都以不同的方式給予學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，有，優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)，進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)，鼓勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)�？紤]到有的學(xué)生存在報(bào)喜不報(bào)憂的情況，每次試卷下發(fā)后，我都會(huì)以短信的方式，通知給家長(zhǎng)。
四、幾點(diǎn)希望
1。家長(zhǎng)要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，要把語(yǔ)文，數(shù)學(xué)，英語(yǔ)放在同等位置。經(jīng)常可以聽到家長(zhǎng)的議論，小學(xué)英語(yǔ)沒關(guān)系，初中會(huì)重學(xué)的，其實(shí)這是一種錯(cuò)誤的觀念。初中七年級(jí)是有三個(gè)模塊式復(fù)習(xí)內(nèi)容的，但后面的內(nèi)容跨度還是很大的，明年的中考英語(yǔ)難度系數(shù)又增加了，取消了選擇題的題型，9月2日高考制度出臺(tái)，高三考試分為英語(yǔ)、語(yǔ)文、數(shù)學(xué)，各科總分是150分。所以養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣要從小學(xué)開始，孩子的學(xué)習(xí)必須家校合作，因?yàn)闀r(shí)代在進(jìn)步，再也不要和你那時(shí)自己的學(xué)習(xí)比較。希望家長(zhǎng)再家多費(fèi)點(diǎn)心，多關(guān)注自己孩子的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)情況。
2。多關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)態(tài)，別過早的放棄孩子對(duì)英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)，要意識(shí)到小學(xué)的知識(shí)相對(duì)來說是比較簡(jiǎn)單的，更多的是要讓孩子有學(xué)英語(yǔ)的動(dòng)力，多鼓勵(lì)，不要一味的責(zé)罵，多和孩子交流，溝通。

Since I first steeped on my platform, I have decided to be a good and successful English teacher. However, in my class, when I gave lessons to my students, filled with enthusiasm and passion, some of the students always looked so tired and sleepy. When I spent much of my time preparing for my lessons, trying my best to make my lessons vivid and interesting, the teaching effect and feedback was not that I had expected. Moreover, when I was willing and eager to teach them all that I’ve learned, their abilities of English were still mediocre. I was looking for the reasons. And I was always asking myself: Am I good and successful? How can I be good and successful?
There were of course many complicated reasons and factors. And in my opinion, whether I am good or not, includes many factors such as my knowledge, my personality, my quality, my methods, teaching art and so on. Absolutely, to be a good and successful English teacher is not an easy job. I need to have an excellent command of English myself to make my students appreciate me and enjoy my class. In the new school year's work, we do not seek earth shaking, only ordinary without regret; I don't want to be fruitful, I just want to have a clear conscience; Do not seek to turn stone into gold, but to turn spring breeze into rain; Don't ask for peach and plum all over the world, just want to laugh all over the garden!
Early childhood education is inseparable from the cooperation of parents. Therefore, when guiding children, parents should treat them equally and be reasonable. They should avoid over doting, scolding, abandoning or over nagging. In the relationship between teachers and students, to guide children to respect teachers, do not use teachers to scare children. At the same time, I hope parents and friends can give us more valuable opinions on our work.
Early childhood education is also inseparable from the concern of prison leaders. In the first half of the year, kindergartens were merged. The prison gave great support to the kindergarten. Each classroom is equipped with air conditioning, and the floor of small class is renovated this semester. Next, the kindergarten plans to pave two lawns with plastic floor mats, and add a set of large children's outdoor toys to continuously improve the environment. I believe that prison leaders will continue to give support.
In fact, kindergarten is like a big family, with teachers, children and parents. With the strong support of prison leaders, as long as we all unite and work together, our kindergarten will be better and better day by day!
