誠(chéng)信就是愛崗敬業(yè)，做好本職工作。媽媽一手抱著啼哭的嬰兒，一手還在忙著打算盤記賬，支持她的是一種愛崗敬業(yè)的誠(chéng)信;信貸員為了收回一筆貸的款，不惜翻山越嶺上百次，支持她的是對(duì)職業(yè)忠誠(chéng)的誠(chéng)信;主任一手打著點(diǎn)滴，一手還在做著利潤(rùn)計(jì)劃，支持他的是一種鞠躬盡瘁的誠(chéng)信。
作為第一批宣傳企業(yè)文化的種子教官，我很榮幸，也深知自己的一言一行不僅僅代表我個(gè)人，而是整個(gè)農(nóng)信的企業(yè)形象。真誠(chéng)微笑的面對(duì)每一位客戶并不難，難的是持之以恒。然而，農(nóng)信人做到了。
李紅軍，是郊區(qū)聯(lián)社鐵廠信用社的一名信貸員。他擔(dān)任信貸員16年，管理貸的`款余額3450萬(wàn)元。16年來，他胸懷三農(nóng)，立足誠(chéng)信。年年超額完成任務(wù)。去年，累計(jì)發(fā)放貸的款4300多萬(wàn)元，累計(jì)收回到期貸的款4280萬(wàn)元，其中：清收不良貸的款10萬(wàn)元，貸的款收回率100%;全年收回貸的款利息340萬(wàn)元，利息收回率100%。三年完成利息收入近千萬(wàn)。

作為信用社主任，他卻舍棄了許多。作為兒子，孱弱的母親生病后無法第一時(shí)間看見他的身影;作為丈夫，滿臉疲憊的妻子只能在深夜聽見他回家的聲音;作為父親，哭鬧的孩子要爸爸的時(shí)候，他只能在電話的另一邊進(jìn)行撫慰。

誠(chéng)信是什么
誠(chéng)信就是誠(chéng)實(shí)，信用。始終用善感的心靈去認(rèn)真對(duì)待生命中的每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)!
我們需要誠(chéng)信，我們呼喚誠(chéng)信，誠(chéng)信是美麗的，正因它給世界帶來了溫暖的陽(yáng)光;誠(chéng)信是微小的，它只需要占據(jù)心靈中一個(gè)很小的角落，就溫暖了人們整個(gè)人生;誠(chéng)信是脆弱的，只要一場(chǎng)暴雨，就足可使它香消玉殞。
然而，在我們的生活中有許多讓我們?yōu)橹畵?dān)憂的事情，正因他們失去了誠(chéng)信，甚至為我們?nèi)祟悗頌?zāi)難。納米技術(shù)，克隆基因，導(dǎo)彈防御……這些人類引以為豪的高科技結(jié)晶為我們帶來福祉的同時(shí)，又危害著我們?nèi)祟悾蚰承┤诵闹械男拍钭兞速|(zhì)，變?cè)旄Ｓ谌祟愑讵M義的民族甚至個(gè)人。
每個(gè)人都會(huì)應(yīng)對(duì)利益的'誘惑，在這個(gè)時(shí)候，有些人迫不及待地牟取蠅頭小利，而有些人卻把眼光放得十分長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)，追求未來更大的發(fā)展。名人掌上電腦等近10個(gè)品牌在重慶的總代理劉惠民在北京一家公司就職，踏實(shí)勤奮的他深受公司董事長(zhǎng)的信任，年紀(jì)輕輕就被委以副總的重任，手上掌管著幾千萬(wàn)元的資金和上千萬(wàn)元的貨物。當(dāng)時(shí)，公司剛成立不久，規(guī)模不大，管理上漏洞很多，"只要稍微動(dòng)動(dòng)手腳，幾百萬(wàn)就有了。"就是在這樣的背景下，劉惠民兢兢業(yè)業(yè)地工作，除了期望自己的工資和獎(jiǎng)金會(huì)更高之外，根本沒有別的雜念，把公司上上下下管理得毫無紕漏。如今的劉惠民已經(jīng)是這個(gè)市場(chǎng)的大贏家。這天，我國(guó)的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)發(fā)展到了一個(gè)講規(guī)則的時(shí)代，誠(chéng)信無疑是這個(gè)社會(huì)游戲的基本規(guī)則。新的商場(chǎng)流行一句話:"信用破產(chǎn)，你就什么都破產(chǎn)了。"
古人云:誠(chéng)信于君為忠，誠(chéng)信于父為孝，誠(chéng)信于友為義，誠(chéng)信于民為仁，誠(chéng)信于交為智。誠(chéng)信滲透到各個(gè)方面，應(yīng)對(duì)歷史和社會(huì)，人們對(duì)誠(chéng)信的選取有多大的保留啊。道德教育遠(yuǎn)離歷史社會(huì)，讓人們的選取是多么蒼白無力啊。
對(duì)于誠(chéng)信，社會(huì)上有太多的爭(zhēng)議，我認(rèn)為不是不好誠(chéng)信，而且誠(chéng)信是中國(guó)社會(huì)的稀缺資源，猶如萬(wàn)古沙漠，早該綠化了。問題是在一個(gè)有著幾千年下信上不信，卑信尊不信，賤信貴不信歷史傳統(tǒng)的社會(huì)里，道學(xué)家式的空洞的誠(chéng)信說教即使是沒有愚民之嫌，也必然流于形式。真誠(chéng)的誠(chéng)信教育，就不就應(yīng)把起點(diǎn)放在要不好誠(chéng)信，而就應(yīng)放在怎樣建立誠(chéng)信，使社會(huì)多點(diǎn)誠(chéng)信。因此對(duì)于誠(chéng)信的建立不僅僅是每一個(gè)家庭，學(xué)校的職責(zé)，更是全社會(huì)全人類的職責(zé)。
誠(chéng)信是最寶貴的美德，是我們?nèi)⌒庞谌说母�，沒有比信任危機(jī)更可怕的了。信任危機(jī)是社會(huì)的毒素，是我們蔑視誠(chéng)信所付出的代價(jià)，它無聲無息卻充滿負(fù)面的能量，足以銷蝕人的勇氣和良善，更會(huì)使一個(gè)國(guó)家，民族喪失最后的團(tuán)結(jié)精神。
